Actual: Due to lack of timer I was over time on rounds. 12 rounds total (Round 6 - 8 video did not finalize for some weird reason).

Technique-
I shadowboxed for a couple of minutes trying to think of my head on a bungee cord per Dent's advice. Went into the bag rounds and tried to do the same. I think the biggest problem with head is the fact that I focus on where I am hitting and I have the tuck your chin in stance.
I would like to increase the intensity of the rounds focusing on doubling up or even tripling up power shots. Working switch kicks and doubling up on mawashi geri. Possibly start working on ushiro geri for power rounds. I should have worked in some knees.
Overall-
Fred has some sturdy legs and body! When I throw body hooks into him it feels like i'm throwing into stone (bag has lots of dead spots due to hanging 24/7). Round time was all over the place which can be easily remedied with a round timer.
Followed up with
3 x 5 one arm snatch
3 x 5 clean and press
3 x 5 single leg squat
5 x 5 one arm bench press
Pullups: 1 x 5 BW, 1 x 5 BW, 1 x 3 BW + back pack 1 x 3 BW + back pack
- Followed by 10 medicine ball slams (Should probably save this exercise for mondays and increase the reps)
