40 weeks tomorrow.

My wife's glucose levels have stabilized. With a very strict diet, ACV and some exercising we have managed to keep her form of GD under control.

I wasn't really seeing any progress to be honest following the Convict Conditioning protocol. I mixed in the Naked Warrior principle of GTG and elevated variations of the one arm pushups/pistols and CC style pullups. With that I have seen greater improvements overall. I am still trying to master the balance for a proper headstand. Knees were getting raw from doing half pistols so going to give them a rest for awhile. My max bw pullup numbers have improved dramatically to a dead start 17. The only degree of measure I have for strength in the one arm pushup and pistol is the elevation. They are no where near to parallel.

Workouts have been pretty sporadic throughout the day consisting of 5 minute bursts here and there. 100 swings or just how many Snatch reps. Combining that with GTG throughout the day does a good job of maintaining with slight progressions in strength.

The strict GD diet helped me to get down to a good weight too. I'm 35 lbs lighter than where I was during my first son's birth. 15 lbs lighter than where I was at the start of this pregnancy.

Miss the gym. Can't wait for my children (if they so wish to do so) make it out to the gym with me when they are old enough.

Haven't done burpees in awhile.... Saw MMX's workout warm up and was inspired.
