Papa got a brand new bag that he can't kick.

Joined a gym. Commercial. Bleh.

Pros:
There's a heavy bag, cardio room.
Heavy barbell exercises

Cons:
Papa can't kick the bag.
Commercial gym attitude.
Curl bros.

BW: 168lbs
Currently experimented with the heavy barbell movements DL, Squat and Bench

Tentatively approaching it.

Squat: 165
Bench: 165

Going to find out my DL numbers tomorrow.

Not lifting higher than 5 on a warm up and 3 on other exercises.

The goal is

Bench 1.5x your body weight (252 lbs)
Squat 2x your body weight (336 lbs)
Deadlift 2.5x your body weight (420 lbs)

Insane numbers. Quite frankly I would like to achieve the SSST test before racking up those numbers.

Cardio first? or Lifting first?

Cardio is still my focus so it goes first. Can't kick the bags but can shadowbox and punch.
