Finally able to hit the heavy bag again. Feels good.
Been working on building a good solid cardio base. Translates to more time on the bag with varying intensity. Even if I am tired I just stay on the bag and work single techniques.
Been working on a more effective Teep, lunging jab/power jab/Oi Tsuki, and better cross. Want to build up stamina in mawashi geri and Saiyok/Sarm-A type speed.
Wife is on the healthy eating band wagon. Good for me, bad for MMO playing.
Been holding steady at 168-170 lbs.
Now that I am at a commercial gym, curious to see what my max deadlift is. Maybe try working on bench press for vanity sake.
