Been eating like crap. Can feel my body craving carbs. Sugar. Ice cream etc.
Trying to maintain a good base to spring off of when time is free. Lost motivation after I missed that MT seminar. Really wanted to go very badly, but stuff like that will happen again I am sure.
Maintaining my weight. Strength/stamina are okay. Truly like a sword. Must be continually tempered or will cool.
Still doing modified ETK.
