I have successfully maintained my weight around 170 in the morning to 175 +/-
Diet for January has been all over the place.
Still following the ETK which fits very easily into a hectic lifestyle.
The ETK gives me good overall strength, mobility and good cardio base. I know that if I trained a bit harder and restraint a little more on my diet I could easily make weight for 155, possibly 145.
Still want to go back to Muay Thai. Wife expressed interest possibly later this year.
Have not hit the heavy bag as much or sparred.
New addition to the kettlebell family: Beast and two 50#
Going to add back in to my diet Fish Oil, Multi and Glucosamine. Take them out for two months because of my lip condition.
