My knee is pretty sore from (I assume) is pistols.
Range of motion is limited and putting weight is a ginger subject.
TGU is out of the question, will try to do TGU without weight.
I can still do swings and CnP because knees are stationary during the exercise and do not have a wide range of motion.
Breakfast: Coffee, Almonds. We ran out of eggs.
Lunch: Chic Fil A Chicken Sandwich.
Dinner: Chicken, Brown Rice, Veggies.
Will do the CnP and Pull Up ladders tonight and possibly unweighted TGU sets.
I love my pull up bar.
