It's easier to fall off that horse than to get back on it.
Monday did 12 minute of swings with the 24kg KB with a one minute rest to get back in to it.
Breakfast: Egg Sandwich
Lunch: Turkey Spinach Lasagna
Dinner: Chicken, Asparagus, Brown Rice
Video games (especially MMO) are so addicting to me and can cause bad habits. I am hoping that SWTOR is not as time consuming as FFXI. Subbing TV time with video games no big issue.
Currently want to maintain my weight for a while around 170-175. Continue building muscles with the normal regimen. Slowly increase stamina. SO expressed interest in starting MT with me in the summer.
Until summer, maintenance and slowly building up.
