didn't even party New Year's weekend.
Diet was out the window.
Workouts were sporadic.
Getting back on that horse today.
Back is still sore so I will ease up on swings for now.
Can do pistol with 25 lb KB. Much easier to do a pistol with a weight as anchored support than it is to do it without. Tried it a few times while holding my son, same conclusion. Now time to build up multiple pistols and pistol jumping!
Hopefully maintain my current weight. Heart elasticity.
Breakfast: Egg Sandwich
Snack: none.
Lunch: Turkey Spinach Lasagna (surprisingly high in protein and calories)
Snack: almonds
Dinner: Chicken, Asparagus, Brown Rice
Snack: apple
