Update

Monday 12/27/2011
Breakfast: Egg Sandwich
Snack: Almond
Lunch: Almonds
Snack: Almonds
Dinner: Bacon Cheeseburger Fudds, Apple crisp.

Kids had a doctor's appointment so nothing going on here for a workout.

Tuesday 12/28/2011
Breakfast: Egg Sandwich
Snack: Nothing
Lunch: Cuban Sandwich
Snack: Almonds
Dinner: Tacos

Had a lot to do this morning so I threw 20 minutes of 20 swings with the 24KG KB and a 1 minute active rest.


Can't wait to eat clean after the holidays.
