5 minute warm up of halos, light bulb screw shoulder rotations, face the wall squats
5 minute set of TGU with "70" lb right hand, 24kg left hand. Finished with 3 right/2 left
Last night I cleaned up and worked out at the same time. I primarily just picked up an exercise in the middle of cleaning. Hanging windshield wipers, set of 10 snatches with the 45lb or 24kg KB, or 45lb/24kg double KB single leg dead lifts.
I know some experts say that you cannot get a decent workout without concentrating 100% on it. I can agree to an extent. I could have accomplished my goal in cleaning much faster had I done it all in one sitting and then worked out. But who is to say that I would not have been mentally or physically exhausted after? Or vice versa I would have been to exhausted to clean after working out. I get what I need for now. I would like longer sessions to train on the heavy bag but that's about it.
Don't know why but my left knee hurts today.
Lips are doing much better I think. If all goes well I will reintroduce fish oil in February.

Breakfasat: Whole wheat, scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese sandwich
Snack: Handful of raw almonds, pretzel
Lunch: Whatever was left of the Meatball penne pasta the kind you get from Costco (660 calories per serving....)
Snack: Handful of raw almonds
Dinner: Grilled chicken, broccoli and brown rice
Currently anywhere between 170 and 173 in the mornings. Would love to be able to fluctuate between 170 and 175.
