I am still following the ETK protocol because it's very easy to follow and I do not have to worry about deciding what workout I will be doing.
Hopefully time management will get better when kids get a little older.
I have noticed that on my swings in the later rounds my grip strength is wearing out faster than my legs. My lower back is no longer an issue and my core strength seems to be holding up fine. Need to improve my grip endurance strength for swings.
TGU department has improved. I can do a TGU using the "70" lb kettlebell (truth in fact it weighs 67lbs according to the scale). I tried it with my left hand but my mental strength was not there yet. I believe I can achieve it I am just weary about shoulder stability.
Clean and press the "70" lb kettlebell.
5 minute snatch test with 25lb KB and working to 35lbs. Can do 100 35lb KB snatches in about 5:30. Eventually working up to endurance strength with the 52lb KB.
Still GTG with pistols. Can do pistols on either leg, but stability at the bottom and middle is WIP.
Pullups have not retested max pull numbers. Have noticed significant muscle fatigue from GTG after omitting fish oil from diet. I hope that my lips are a result of something else. I love fish oil supplements. Anti-inflammatory properties are noticeable or could be a mental.
Would love to try adding front levers. Looks like fun. Still doing Hanging leg raise and windshield wipers.
Not been able to work on handstands for reasons of preservation. Preserving our house walls.
Planche looks cool. Will start adding planche pushups to work on that strength. Would love to Planche into a head stand.
No time for heavy bag lately. Did a few short rounds and shot video but the SD card FUBAR'd.
Other than pistols, what are other difficult cool leg strength exercises?
