No warm up
15 minutes - 20 swings @ 24kg. Active cleaning/picking up children recovery 1 minute
5 minutes - 25 swings @ 24kg. 30 second recovery.
Grip endurance may be part of a technique issue. There were times were I caught myself pulling the kettlebell or stabilizing the kettlebell instead of just letting my arms hang like ropes.
Excited to get the new CAP kettlebell and possibly the Beast from CFF.com
I don't know what I will do with the Beast. It may just sit in the corner awaiting to be deadlifted on occassion and perhaps swung. As of this posting I have no desire to tame the beast. 24kg RKC Snatch test would be a good accomplishment for me.
Will be starting a food journal to also help dissect my allergen issue.

Breakfast: Whole wheat, scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese sandwich
Snack: Handful of raw almonds
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad from Target
Snack: Handful of raw almonds
Dinner: Raising Canes "The Box" 4 chicken strips, bread and fries
NOTE: Trying to get close to my caloric intake per day.

Lunch: Meatball penne pasta the kind you get from Costco
Snack: Handful of raw almonds
Dinner: Grilled chicken, broccoli and brown rice.... Did not happen ended up eating Chinese food.
