Resistance training during the holidays means something totally different. Resistance was futile.
My wife cooked her infamous combination and this time included some homemade mac n cheese. Couple that with homemade deserts and candy and well you get the picture.

Monday 12/26/2011
Morning: I had a creme brulee and some other deserts with my coffee.
Lunch: Leftovers from Eve
Dinner: Grilled Chicken, Asapargus, Brown rice
Same snacks throughout the day as above.
NOTE: I noticed that when I skipped breakfas I was much hungrier throughout the day and because I was eating crap all day I never got filled. Always eat breakfast. Preferably something filling and good for you.
I did manage to get some workouts in.
Swings on I forget which day felt really good. I felt like the tension in my hams and butt were firing correctly. Slight tingling in my upper right back close to my shoulder when trying to stabilize KB on the way down. Seems to be much better.
20 minutes: 20 swings with 30 sec rest. Trying to move towards 40 swings, 1 minute rest for 20 minutes. Equivalent to 400 swings.
TGU day was a CNP test. It's okay I wanted to do the ETK CNP ladder followed with a 5 minute TGU finisher but the finisher did not happen. Need to work on clean technique.
Was able to consistently do a pistol, hopefully knees will hold up to GTG.
