The ETK protocol says that it is a variety day. Holidays, Father-in-law coming in to town and exhaustion from previous night's cleaning = no work out this morning.
Breakfast: Egg Sandwich: Whole wheat toast, Scrambled Eggs, Cheddar Cheese
Snack: Almonds
Lunch: Pei Wei Kung Pao Chicken
Dinner: Spaghetti. Animal Crackers. Chips. Popcorn. Beer.
Extremely bad but that's okay because it was a Variety (cheat) day I suppose.
Do I want to tame the beast if I could? I would much rather conquer my own body weight at this point in time. Handstand, planche, pistols, possible one arm pushups. Levers look cool.
Maybe I will continue my regimen and see if I can naturally without training for it tame the beast.
