I want improved joint mobility and control over my body
• Joint Mobility Exercise

• RKC Armbar
• Bodyweight Exercise
I want to be strong and lean
• Training mind vs. body
• Lifting heavy with adequate rest
• Eating well, healthy
I want to improve mechanics of Muay Thai/karate
• Practice technique
• Shadowboxing
• Power shots on the heavy bag
• Stamina shots on the heavy bag

Karate/Muay Thai:
