Weekend ending 11/13/2011
Great weekend with the family and also found some time to squeeze in a workout with my wife.
We are not on the same program because she is more spirited than I am.
CnP to Windmill 3x5/5 (40lb KB)
10 minutes of swings (10 swings/15sec interval)
Tried muscle ups at the park when we tried to burn energy out of my son. I can pull up explosively to my chest but the body mechanics of the up portion are still new to me. Not bad for a first try.

ETK - TGU Day
I know that numbers are not the goal for the TGU portion, but I broke the number of get ups I can do comfortably in the 5 minutes. 4 right, 3 left with the 24kg KB.
My right shoulder started to fatigue much faster than my left this time. I have to start taking video to see how my form is going.
Going to try something different to start achieving that 40 swings/minute goal on tomorrow's swing day.
