20090304 HB Training

Got in a few rounds before the Latin Music Dancing class started. If I time it right I have 15 minutes before the Latin Music class starts so I can get in 3, 3, 2, 2 with a 30 sec rest in between.

This session was the most fun i've had since i've started with Jack. Today I wanted to work in Uchi Kakato Geri (right term?), Ushiro Mawashi, and Ushiro yoko. I just experimented and had fun! My stamina wasn't that bad but then again my pace in round 2 wasn't all out either. I just enjoyed hitting jack... and being hit as you will see in the beginning of round 2!



Round 1 went a little longer than expected. I thought that I had time left and that 3 minutes had not expired so I kept trucking along.



Beginning of Round 2 I opened up with a Ushiro Geri combination. Connected and decided to do a Ushiro Mawashi Geri but Jack did not like the first ushiro geri at all. The result.. my FIRST blooper reel!! Enjoy!



Round 3 I laid off of the ushiro mawashi. The latin dance class started to file in and so I knew that this was my last round.

For next time I will try putting in more ushiro geri, ushiro mawashi, and a tobi hiza.
