Keep my guard up. Protect my head.
It has been awhile since my last post. To give you an update as to what's going on:
- Switched from stamina/endurance training to heavy lifting again.
We had a visitor from Kyokushin Seattle, Sensei K Hill (Sandan), came and play with us on 2/13/2007.
Sensei K Hilll, Sempai Felipe, and myself did several rounds of kumite (round robin style) for an hour and a half! It was great to see another kyokushin karateka visit and practice with us.
I was able to observe some of the different strategies between sempai and sensei which made for interesting analysis. Will post pictures asap.
