Cycle 2 Week 2 (70%, 80%, 90%) 3, 3, 3

Deadlift (170, 195, 215) 3, 3, 3 +4
Bench Press (140, 160, 180)
Squats (164.5, 188, 211.5)
DB Overhead Press (42, 48, 54)

Timed heavy bag rounds.  3minW/1minR

Knee was weird over the weekend and in to Monday. May be a  result of doing 70lb KB long cycle clean and jerk.

Was able to do Deadlifts despite that and was a little questionable on the lockout.  Perhaps I should have rested it another day.  We shall see....
