04/19/2011 Cook, Clean, and Kettlebells

20 swings with ye ole 24KG KB with a one minute active rest. Was able make Spaghetti and Meatballs and clean while my wife was at school during my one minute active rest.

04/20/2011 RoP + VO2 Max Snatches

Warmup with a coffee and a 3 rung ladder of CnP/Pullups.

RoP: 3 sets of 5 rung ladder of CnP/Pullups with ye ole KB.

Finisher: 6 minutes of VO2 Max Snatches 15:15
