I'm not old by any means, but I will say that I am starting to consider my training for longevity. Hitting the heavy bag with gloves, etc. Trying to force myself to work on joint mobility and stretching exercise before it's too late.

You can do so much with two 16kg KB. I have not ventured in to double snatches, but double OH clean and press/jerk, squat thrust, OH waiter's carry and the like.
