Goals

Formulated a new workout schedule that modifies the RKC Rite of Passage, VO2 Max snatches, and leaves room for Muay Thai/Technique days.

Monday - RoP + VO2 Max
Tuesday - MT or Technique + Core
Wednesday - RoP + VO2 Max
Thursday - MT or Technique + Core
Friday - OFF
Saturday - MT or OFF
Sunday - RoP + VO2 Max

Loose formula. Will try to adhere and adjust as the weeks go by. I can probably break up the RoP and VO2 max if needed. Slight Modification to RoP. Will include Pistols and Jump Squats every other session instead of CnP/Pull Up every session.

Core training is basically whatever is prescribed by Ross Infinite Intensity.

MT at the gym or Technique day at home. Get to the gym whenever I can each week and very grateful for their flexible schedule and my wife's understanding.
