Yeah my workout plans for the week was pretty much wrecked.
I have been working out intermittently all week. I have been perplexed by sparring and have pretty much worked technique based application all week.
Tonight my focus is this:
1.) Keep my hands up and keep a CMD stance.
2.) Work on the focus of my eyes on the chest and use peripheral vision for punches, kicks etc.
3.) Have fun! and learn stuff.
I think I am going to try and work defense and counter punching all night regardless of sparring level partner.
