RoP Week 2 + VO2 Max Snatching
4 rounds of 3 ladder sets of Pistols with 5 knee to chest jumping squats. 1 minute rest.
Ordered some Chinese take out. Cooked some brown rice. Made some roasted carrots.
Finished with VO2 Max Snatching 15:15, 6 minutes.
