Update

Friday 03/04/2011 Rest Day.
Saturday 03/05/2011
AM Workout: 3 rounds of 3 minute jump rope warmup.
3lb Dumbbell punching, MT Marching while holding 3lb DB guard. DB Jerks.
Focusing on developing shoulder endurance/strength for holding a high guard.
PM Workout: 3 rounds of 3 minute jump rope warmup.
3 sets of 10 ladder Goblet Squats and Deadlifts.
Sunday 03/06/2011
Nothing kills my legs like Goblet Squats.....
Beautiful day so I decided to do some outdoor sprinting.
Start up the driveway and did some agility footwork drills down the driveway.
As soon as I hit the sidewalk I sprinted to the end of the street.
Jog back to the top of driveway and shadow box for 1 minute. Rinse and Repeat.
Monday 03/07/2011 - Wednesday 03/08/2011
Work has been so crazy. Haven't had time to work out. I finally was able to get in a short one this morning.
Three sets of 24kg Clean & Press Ladders. 1, 1, 1 (L/R C&P, Pullup) to 3, 3, 3. Rest 2 minutes in between.
Finisher: 3 rounds of 3 minute Snatches with the 16kg KB. Trying to get approximately 50 - 60 snatches per 3 minute round.
1 minute rest in between.

Hope to get in some rounds on the heavy bag tonight.
