Meguro: That was the Shokei Marcsui version of it. It called for a more complex system of keeping track of snatches/second.


1st minute - 10 reps @ rep/6 sec
2nd minute - 14 repts @ rep/4.2 sec
3rd minute - 18 reps @ rep/3.3 sec
4th minute - 22 reps @ rep/2.7 sec

I rounded up a bit. Me and mah' gym boss be simple folk. We don't do dem dere rounded seconds.
