Goblet squats are about as evil as Burpees. Well maybe not as evil, but it's his distant cousin.
Goblet Squat 101
They are great as partner exercise doing a simple 10 ladder goblet squat. Your partner does 1 rep while you hold the bottom goblet squat position. Then you do one rep and your partner holds until both have reached 10. The sticker is that you have to wait until your partner is done with their rep set to start your next ladder rung. Holding the KB and the squat that low really works a lot of muscle groups. Adjust the weight accordingly.
