HIIT 03/02/2011

Worked on some HIIT rounds last night.

4 - 4 minute rounds of 15w/15r on the heavy bag
- Straights
- Left Knees
- Right Knees
- Hooks
- Left Mawashi/Roundhouse/
- Right Mawashi
- Uppercuts

As fast as possible. Started on the bag then by the 3rd and 4th round started moving further away to get full extension of the punches and kicks (where applicable).

Finsher: The good old 10 - 1 minute power rounds
- Alternating Mawashi
- Jab, Straight
- Straight, Hook
