Finally got to hit the heavy bag.

Started off slow with 3 - 3 minute rounds of jump rope 1 minute active recovery on the bag just getting my body warmed up by throwing multiple jabs, cross or hooks.

Mainly an LSD Heavy Bag (Courtesy of the 8 weeks out website) workout that I wanted to experiment with.

- Multiple rounds of three minutes concentrating on form, guard placement.
- Worked single techniques in counts of 10. On the 10th I would try to blast a combination. In retrospect, would probably have worked better in pyramid function.
- Ended with untimed rounds of chudan mawashi geri for shin conditioning.

Time of LSD Heavybag workout: About 2 hours or until my wife got home.
