RKC RoP Light Day 03/01/2011
Three sets of 24kg Clean & Press Ladders. 1, 1, 1 (L/R C&P, Pullup) to 3, 3, 3. Rest 2 minutes in between.
Finisher: 5 minutes of Snatches alternating 10 L and 10 R.
Target according to the RoP was 50 - 60 @ 45% to 50% of Max Weight.
I hit 55 fairly easily with a 16kg KB with the prescribed 1 minute rest after 20 snatches.
Rite of Passage prescribes one Light, Medium and Heavy day per week.
Pretty much all exercises start with C&P/Pullup ladder. Finishers are either Snatches or Swings.
The variance seems to be rest periods, weight, and repetitions.
