Work Capacity 101
Pull-ups x 5
Medicine Ball Slams x 10
Burpees x 15
Jumping Jacks x 20
10 rounds of 1:15w/:45r
Within the 1:15 I could only get up to 12/13 Burpees so I nixed the Jumping Jacks and worked on CM1 defense with sune uke during the :45r
I forgot how intense the Workout Capacity 101 is. If I recall the last time I tried to pick this one up I struggled trying to get the jumping jacks in the allotted time. I think I will end up shortening the rest time to 30 seconds to get the extra burpees and jacks for next time.
