Meguro: Shortly after my first child was born, I thought it would be cool to combine training with baby care. I got one of those baby jogging strollers. Did not work. She did not like the ride at all and I had to get rid of it. Anyway, the arrival of kids meant my wife and I never went back to the gym. Parenthood also meant paying strict attention to how my time is spent. There is definitely a bias towards family time. Despite the constraints, there is still a lot of value to be squeezed out of 10-20 minutes.

@Meguro: Our first one was very understanding when it came to exercise. We would use him as our 1 minute recovery during stair walks. It was only when he became mobile that he was a reluctant exercise assistant. My wife is not as active this pregnancy and that is due to some events leading up to this pregnancy. It also may be that she is caring for a 1.5 year old 10 hours in the day while pregnant.

I could not agree more. You get as much as you want to put in during that time. Hard for the spouse to say "No." when all you are asking for is a little more than half of a TV sitcom.
Muay Thai Day
At the KP Gym, seems like throwing elbows in combinations are coming together smoothly. Starting to visualize how the elbows work in relation to distance with the pad holders. 1, 2, *slight pause* right elbow (close the gap), single collar tie left knee.
Sparring is getting better. Trying to catch everything in peripheral while maintaining focus on the chest. Sparred with one of the amateur fighters that is about my height and build. His fighting style is something I would like to eventually emulate, because he is excellent at closing the gap and staying in the pocket. Ended with some clinch work which is so much fun.
