Lite workout for repetition (while waiting for the salsa class to finish up):
One Arm 40 lbs DB Snatches
3 x 10 per arm
Pull Ups
3 x 5
One Arm 40 lb DB clean and press
3 x 10 per arm
One Arm 50 lb DB Bench Press
3 x 10 per arm
Did some light shadow boxing afterwards

* More aerobic pace to concentrate on form.
* Keeping hands up.
Will work on the K4L WoW (workout of the week) tonight or tomorrow.
