Had a test to turn in for my last class of the night so I was short on time today. I meet up with my friend Jack after a quick warm up in the gym downstairs.

Goal:
10 Plyo Pushups
10 Squats
10 Burpees, last 5 are Burpee Pullups

5 rounds
(1w, 30r)

Actual:
Started out round 1 and 2 with BW and was able to complete the rounds with relative ease. Trying to fit all of that in a minute was challenging though.

Round 3, 4, and 5 I strapped my backpack on.
5 plyo pushups
10 squats
5 Jumping Squats into Pull up to a K2B

I calculated my backpack to be 25 pounds. I tried doing Burpee pullups in round 3 but my backpack lurched forward and hit me in the head in the kick out so I changed to Jumping Squats. Weighted vest is better for this workout.

I am still trying to get my bearings with the Speed Bag Forum timer. I am just going to succumb and buy a gym boss. Lugging around a laptop (even though the weight is beneficial to my BW + backpack exercise) is a pain in the butt. Pain in the rear versus 20 dollars.
