20090226 Strength Session

Osu!

One arm DB bench press (Left arm and Right Arm)
5 x 5 70lbs, last rep 80 lbs
One arm DB snatch (Left arm and Right Arm)
5 x 5 70 lbs, last rep 80 lbs
Worked both exercises as a set and tried to stay around a 30 second rest in between to simulate my bag rounds.

Pull ups
5 K2B, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 2

Finisher:
Walked out to the track and field and did jumping DB shotputs with a 20 lb dumbbell. The original plan was to throw it sprint down and throw it again to practice for Sandman's WoW. The DB did not go as far as I expected and it was more of a quick shuffle steps to pick up the DB.
