I had an accounting test in my first class so I skipped my last class. I got to see Jack for about 10 minutes before my first class, but there were people in the upstairs "dance" room so I did not video tape.

Went home had dinner and watched Lost.

My wife and I went to the gym and practiced on Kihon and Kata afterwards. Finished it off with 5 rounds of 20 pushups, 20 squat kicks.

Overall easy day.
