Lunch: A couple of bites of a subway sandwich and a few chips. water. (long story)
Afternoon Snack: Protein Shake.
Dinner: Went to a salad buffet place. Yum!

DB Situps: 20 x 2 with (2) 10 lb dumbbells
Back Extensions: 15 x 2 with a 25 lb weight
Oblique Twists: 30 x 2 with (2) 10 lb dumbells
Comments: Had a stressful saturday afternoon. It felt good going to the gym and releasing some steam. My schedule at work is becoming more and more concrete so now i'll have a good idea of how to plan my studying and extracurricular activities.
