He loves it! He laughs as we go up in the air etc. He's been a regular part of exercise since he's been born. He was a part of the active recovery process during workouts prior to my examination. We would take turns holding him while walking up the stairs in our house in super set routines.

I usually work out with him in the mornings to show a good example of starting your day off right. My primary motivation for waking up so dang early... at least I think it is.

Not only is he a great work out partner, but an even better alarm.

Swing day!
Warmup: 10 minutes of Joint Mobility
Main Course: Achieved 10 out of suggested 12 minutes. 30 swings, 1 minute active recovery with 24kg KB.
Finisher:
You Tube

This work out is pretty intense (especially if I were pregnant). I adjusted the weight accordingly. Subbed out a few exercises (Snatches instead of Overhead Swings). My wife wants to start this DVD again so I will be using this as a finisher every other day with her....must admit I did tricep extensions and bicep curls. HA! Haven't done isolation exercises for arms in forever!
