Turkish Get Up day!
Warm up:
- 10 minutes of Joint Mobility
- Turkish get ups with my son.
Main Exercise:
- 3 rounds of 2 minute alternating floor press to half get up.
- 5 minutes of Turkish Get Ups (24 kg). Got 4 reps on left and right side.
Tonight is prescribed as a rest day, but will probably work on some kata and kihon again.
