Thank you everyone for the warm reception. Osu!!
Warm up/Joint Mobility: (10 Minutes) Halos, Face the Wall Squats, and Pumps
Main Work: (15 minutes while Tortilla Soup was cooking) 20 One Hand Swings with 24kg. 1 minute active recovery.
- Active Recovery punches with small hand weights.
Cool down: (3 Minutes) Bouncing, Ski Jumps, and Bouncing Twists
