Osu!
Prescribed as a rest day according to the RKC minimum or an active "whatever" day. Pretty much just got home and ran through my kata and some kihon. Did some light static stretching followed by dynamic stretching.

It is a supplement to Pavel's Enter The Kettlebell and brings you through the RKC Minimum to Rite of Passage. I've worked through this book before so I have modified my workouts to either increase time or add finishers etc.
My plan is to work through this book, then follow through another workbook plan that focuses solely on Snatches.
On to Swings tomorrow (today)....
