GOALS!

hokei Marcsui's "Clever Workout Journal Name"
Osu!

Achieved my shodan last summer in Shotokan during a California seminar with Kancho Kanazawa. I am taking a temporary leave from my Shotokan dojo for a journey of enrichment.

Currently training at a Thai Boxing gym under a new deal with my wife. My wife and I are expecting another baby in September. So she said that I could train in Muay Thai then take a break from the birth of our new one till the end of the year. So I will be trying to soak up as much as I can until then.

Also on the menu, I will be training for my RKC Certification around this time next year (or whenever the RKC Certification is in Twin Cities area next year).

OSU!

So far I have already started the RKC Minimum program again last month. This is a slow gradual warm up into the RKC Rite of Passage.

So let the fun begin!

- Active Recovery was on the heavy bag this time. Focus is more on the swings technique than the bag work.
