Swing Day!

Decided to liven things up a bit... ha!

Warm-up: 3 rounds of 3 minute shadow boxing
Main Exercise: Pyramid Swings. 40 @ 16kg, 30 @ 45lbs, 20 @ 24kg, 10 @ 70lbs. Active Recovery in the form of agility ladder drills.
